This was a Listed traditional property. The project involved the creation of 3 luxury apartments, including new high-specification kitchens, luxury bathrooms and fabulous bedrooms with beautiful en-suites.

The building was stripped back to its shell, and a new inner layout was created to incorporate the 3 apartments.

Every room and detail was completed to a showroom finish, whilst retaining valuable original features and complying with building regulations for fire and noise.
